Bronze Level – Online $40/ month

  • Free Initial consultation. This takes about 1 hour on the phone or in person.
  • Daily running schedule planned for each month, with feedback each week to be sure we stay on track.
  • Guidance to meet your specific goals. 
  • Unlimited contact with the coach via email or phone.
  • Nutritional plans made available on request. 

 
Silver Level- Face-to-Face $50/ month

  • Free Initial consultation. This takes about 1 hour over the phone or in person.
  • Daily running schedule planned for each two-week segment. These can be modified, depending on feedback from you. 
  • Guidance to meet your specific goals.
  • Unlimited contact with the coach via email or phone.
  • Stride Analysis
  • Gear assessment
  • Stretches, drill, and strength exercises
  • Once a week group session. These can be on the track or around town. Coach will plan, time, record, and give feedback for each session.
  • Nutritional plans made available on request.

Gold Level- Private Sessions $65/month

  • Free Initial consultation. This takes about 1 hour over the phone or in person.
  • Daily running schedule planned for each two-week segment.
  • Guidance to meet your specific goals. 
  • Unlimited contact with the coach via email or phone.
  • Stride Analysis
  • Gear assessment
  • Stretches, drill, and strength exercises
  • Once a week, 1 hour, one-on-one training with the coach. Either a run at your pace, track work-out, or other pertinent session based on your goals and abilities. (Includes warm up/cool down and stretching.) 
  •  Nutritional plans made available on request.
